Yes! While we are based in Harare, we serve clients nationwide. For areas outside Harare, we schedule installation trips or work with trusted local contractors. Contact us to discuss your location and we'll work something out.

Yes — many of our solutions are non-invasive and require no permanent changes to the property. Smart plugs, wireless sensors, and smart bulbs need no wiring at all. For more involved installations like smart locks or cameras, we'd recommend checking with your landlord first. We can advise on the best approach for renters.

Most of our systems are a one-time purchase and installation — no mandatory monthly fees. Some optional services like cloud camera recording or extended remote monitoring may carry a small monthly fee, but we are always transparent about this upfront. Local control of your devices works without any subscription.

Yes — smart automation is one of the best ways to reduce energy waste. Automated lighting turns off in empty rooms, smart thermostats stop cooling or heating when you're away, and you can monitor exactly how much power each device uses. Installation

It depends on the size and complexity of the job. A basic starter setup (smart lighting and a couple of cameras) can be done in half a day. A full smart home package for a large property may take 1–3 days. We always give you a time estimate before we begin and work neatly without disrupting your household more than necessary.

We always aim for the least invasive installation possible. Many modern smart home devices are wireless and require no cabling at all. Where wiring is needed, we work carefully and patch everything up cleanly. We'll walk you through the method before any work begins so there are no surprises.

We recommend someone is home so we can walk you through the system when done. At the end of every install we give a full hands-on demo so you're comfortable controlling everything yourself. If you're not available all day, we just need you at the start and end.

Absolutely — our systems are fully scalable. Start with smart lighting today, add security cameras next month, and add climate control later. Everything integrates into the same app and ecosystem you already have. Many clients start small and expand over time.

Technical

This is our most common question — and we've built our systems with Zimbabwe's power situation in mind. We can integrate your smart home with your existing solar, UPS, or battery backup so that critical devices (security cameras, smart locks, lighting) stay on even during load-shedding. We'll recommend the right backup solution for your needs.

Most smart home devices don't require much bandwidth. A standard home Wi-Fi connection is more than enough. Basic automation like scheduled lighting can run entirely on your local network without internet at all. Remote access and voice assistants work best with a stable connection, but are not required for core functions.

We support Amazon Alexa, Google Home / Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit (Siri). We'll recommend the best option based on the devices you already use, and most of our systems can work across all three simultaneously.

Security is a top priority. We use reputable brands with strong encryption, set up separate IoT networks to isolate smart devices from personal devices, use strong unique passwords, and enable two-factor authentication where available. We also advise you on best practices to keep your system secure long-term.

In most cases, yes. We use smart plugs and switches that work with your existing appliances — your TV, geyser, fans don't need to be "smart" themselves to be automated. We assess your current setup during consultation and recommend the most cost-effective path forward.

Support

All packages include a support period after installation. We offer remote troubleshooting via WhatsApp and phone, and for issues that can't be resolved remotely we'll send a technician. We also provide a full training walkthrough at the end of every install so you're confident using everything from day one.

All installed devices come with a manufacturer warranty, and we provide our own workmanship guarantee on the installation. If a device fails within the warranty period, we'll replace or repair it. For out-of-warranty repairs, we offer affordable service rates. Just contact us and we'll sort it quickly.

We aim to respond to all support requests within a few hours on business days. For urgent issues (security system down, smart lock not working), we prioritise same-day response. The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp — we're very active there throughout the day and on weekends too.

Yes — training is included with every installation at no extra cost. We walk you and your household through the app, routines, voice control, and settings. We also provide simple written guides for reference. And if you ever need a refresher, just reach out — we're always happy to help.
